New Home for Randy and Courtney

Randy and Courtney bought a home on Wagon Wheel in Blackfoot.  They thought they would close on March 25th, but it didn't quite work out that way.  They decided to move out of their apartment in Groveland and stay with Blake and I so they wouldn't have to pay rent for April. So, the moving process began on March 29th.
Jared and Nikelle came to help move their belongings to our trailer. We planned to store the loaded trailer in our shed until they were ready to move into their home.
The entertainment center/fireplace was very heavy!
It didn't take very long to get all loaded and have the apartment cleaned.
After the trailer was loaded, the guys decided to go finish the stairs at the new house.
They still hadn't been able to close their loan, but were granted an early occupancy, so on April 5th we went over to paint inside the house.  The kitchen was being repainted, so we set up food in the master bathroom.  It looked really nice when it was done.
Finally on April 19, they could move in! It was a long, frustrating 4 weeks for them!
The house looks very nice!
Jared came to help install a new microwave.
Randy and Blake have put in a lot of time getting the sprinkling system working properly and putting some vinyl down in front of the the front door, and doing some other projects.
They have done some cute decorating, making it "their" home. Happy new home Randy and Courtney!
