June 2021

June 2 - I got to go watch Molly graduate from kindergarten.  They sang a lot of fun songs that she knew very well.  On to 1st grade!

June 3rd - Clark got to graduate from Kindergarten.  They only had a virtual graduation, but I was happy to watch it! On to 1st grade for Clark too!

June 6 - This is our property where our new house will be built!

June 7 - Blake and I got to go watch Molly play t-ball. Hallie would say, "Go Molly, Go!"

June 7 - They are digging the hole for our house!

June 8 - the hole is all done!

June 9 - They poured the footings, and have the forms in, ready to put together.

June 10 - Cement is poured for the walls!

June 11 - New flooring going in at the "Red House" before Jared and Nikelle move in. My sister Shauna, brother-in-law Troy and nephew Logan helped Randy and Jared with the installation.  We sure do appreciate their expertise and willingness to help. I just wish I would have taken more pictures.

They had to take the toilet off to do the floor, Hallie thought it was so funny to sit on the toilet outside!  Then, Ryder and Molly thought they would make funny faces for the pictures.

The forms have been taken off, real cement walls!

June 12 - Brian planned a party to celebrate Clark! His birthday is on the 18th. He was so thrilled to finally be turning 6, and was so cute and happy to be the center of attention!

Here are all 6 of our Grandkids! L to R, youngest to oldest - Hallie (2), Clark (6), Ryder (6), Molly (6), Annie (8) and Maden(11)!

After celebrating Clark, we went over to my parents house to celebrate Baby Paul Cook's 1st birthday.  The kids all loved having a water party, and Paul loved it too!

June 14 - I got to go watch Molly play T-ball again! Go Molly, Go!

June 15 - Flooring is all done and looks great!

June 17 - I got to take Clark out for lunch and shopping.  He chose to go to
Chick- Fil -A and wanted to get a 30 piece nugget.  We went shopping at Target and he knew exactly what he wanted to get.  It was a delightful afternoon! Clark was so happy and funny.

This cute little Molly girl got some cute glasses.  She needs to wear them to see close up.

June 18 - Clark is officially 6! He is such a cute, quiet, smart, happy little guy! We love you, Clark!

June 23 - We got to watch Annie play softball.  She got a good hit! Ryder and Clark loved the shaved ice that Randy bought them. Maden enjoyed his crepe.  They were all happy to see us.

Jared, Nikelle, Molly and Hallie visiting our Angel Brody boy on what would have been his 4th birthday! We love and miss you, Brody!

We got to go watch Ryder play T-ball.  He was playing against Cousin James' team.  There was a big cheering section for these two boys, including James' family, my sister Lynne (James' Grandma) and cousin Stefi.

June 25 - Jared and Randy are twins, sporting their Genesis Electric shirts.  Jared got his first look at our new house.

My crazy orchid is blooming again! This is the third time in a year! It hadn't bloomed for two years and I was about ready to throw it out, so I guess it's making up for lost time.  I left it at the red house, then finally decided to bring it to the apartment.  I couldn't decide where the best place to put it, but I think it's doing ok in our bedroom.

June 26 - Celebrate Blackfoot Days - We took Molly, Hallie and Ryder to Jensen's Grove to see what kind of activities were going on.  They road in a little bucket train, and jumped in the bounce houses, and ate a corn dog.

Then, Maden, Annie and Clark came down, so we all went over to my parents for another water party. They had a dance party too.  My sister Lynne had a fun bubble machine, and they had a great time getting to know cousin, Stefi.

Later, we all went to Airport Park, where Shauna and Troy hosted a dinner of hamburgers and salads and treats near their 5th wheel.  My sisters, Lynne and Suzanne were here for the party, along with Stefi, Michelle and her family and Dallin and his family, and of course my parents, too.

After eating, some of the kids, Nikelle included had a little dance off while we were waiting for the fireworks. It was a great place to have a waiting party.

The fireworks were fantastic! Everyone loved them! Thank you, Troy for scouting out the perfect place to see them! Stefi was so thrilled that Hallie warmed up to her and would be her friend.

June 30 - I got to go watch Annie play in her last soft ball game, she got two really good hits!

They're moving dirt, and filling in the garage and basement and putting in the window wells.  It's progress, slow, but at least it's progress.

May 2021

May 1 - The tulips are looking great! Hallie chose Randy to trim her toenails.

May 8 - Celebrating Randy.  He turned 33 on the 7th!

May 9 - A very frosty morning.

May 15 - Ryder got to go to the Range and shoot arrows! He almost got a bullseye! Jared helped Brian put some new blinds in his camp trailer, he almost had to become a contortionist.  Randy was cooking some hamburgers and had a pretty good grease fire.  You can see Ryder running away!

Fun at Cousin James birthday party, pinning the wheel on Blaze.

More party fun! Car races, leg races and throw the wheel (plate) in the chair or hoop. For some reason, I don't have a picture of James playing the games.

There's the birthday boy! Baby Paul loves me....because I have cake, and I'll share!

May 22 - Annie and Molly are helping me organize and get rid of some things from the basement.  Annie was able to lift many heavy boxes and carry them upstairs for me.  They were amazing help!

Annie got a new bow, and Brian was teaching her how to use it.  She practiced a lot, then she got to go the Range and try out her new skills.

Clark was being so cute, he said he didn't want me to take a picture of him with the bunny ears on.  He would run as fast as he could daring me to snap a picture. He was so smiley and laughing so hard.  It was a fun little game.

Celebrating Ryder! This guy turned 6 on the 23rd.  He had a race car party!

May 23 - How does this happen so quickly? I can't believe Ryder is 6! He is a fun, polite, happy, smart little guy.

May 25 - Ryder graduated from Kindergarten at Moreland Elementary! Look at the that, Class of 2033!

May 28 - OK, we are doing something different!  We are building a new house, so we moved out of "The Red House" and into an apartment! Jared and Nikelle are going to move into the "The Red House".  Randy and Jared and my nephew Logan Terry did all the moving, and it was a lot!

Here's our apartment, it's really a duplex or a townhouse. It's in Groveland, and is three bedrooms.  It will work just fine for a little while!

May 29 - Back at "The Red House" doing some work, and Molly, Ryder and Hallie were playing some games in the yard.  I got a huge kick out of Hallie trying to figure out the bubbles.  Look at those beautiful Iris'.

May 31 - All settled into the townhouse.  I didn't want make a lot of holes in the walls, so I found a way to display my pictures without hanging them up.  I think it turned out well when I got it all figured out.  We made a "man cave" for Blake in the room with the computer. He has his chair, his heater and TV, so he's all set.

Celebrating Memorial Day on Sunday.  We went to the cemetery, and had a nice lunch at Jared and Nikelle's.  It was a beautiful day.

April 2021

April 2 - Randy and Courtney are finally getting their cement in the driveway and sidewalk!

April 3 - Annie is practicing with a bow that Blake bought, she stayed at it for a really long time.  I watch the Utah Jazz by streaming the games from my computer to the TV, Clark thought he had his own personal private showing on the lap top.

April 5 - Well, now it is my turn for surgery.  I had my right hip replaced.  It has been getting bad for quite awhile, and I decided I didn't want it to get as bad as the left one had. Blake had the week off to tend me. He was able to do my anesthesia, which was a huge comfort to me. The surgery went well, I had a lot of post op pain, but it only lasted a few hours.  It has all healed up nicely.

April 6 - This was the scene as Blake left to come visit me at the hospital.  I was glad I didn't have to go out in it!

April 8 - Cindy had these beautiful flowers sent to me on the day I got home from the hospital!

April 13 - We have some daffodils and crocus blooming!

April 15 - More snow!

April 16 - Randy rented a tractor to move some dirt around in his yard, then he and Blake went to Home Depot to get some supplies and look who they found there, Molly and Hallie!

April 17- Putting in Randy's sprinkler system.  Blake, Brian, Jared and Randy worked hard all day, but got it done!

April 19 - Look close, you'll see snowflakes!

April 24 - Brian moved into a new rental house in Ammon. The kids were really good, and they enjoyed a snack when the table got set up.  Maden was busy getting the TV and games hooked up.  Blake had to run to Home Depot, so Hallie got to go along. A pretty stray cat came to visit, Annie and Molly went out to pet it.  Molly had a dance recital, and Annie got to go see it!

April 27 - Mowing the lawn for the first time.  It was a little chilly, but Blake got it mowed and all the pine needles and pine cones picked up.

April 28 - Blake and Brian rented this cool post hole digger to help Kylee fix her fence. It worked really well.

April 29 - Randy had some gravel delivered for the driveway to the side of his house. So in typical redneck fashion, they figured out to use the snowplow on the four wheeler to spread the gravel out.  It actually worked really well.

April 30 - Molly and Hallie got to spend some time with some cousins.  Hallie and Kenzley weren't really sure that if they wanted to be friends, but I think with time, they will become great friends.  Molly, Michael and James had a great time playing at the school playground.  Molly Beth is hugging Grandma Beth.

Molly was so proud that she could give Hallie an underdog! I was pretty impressed too! The caption Nikelle gave the bottom picture was "Are they praying or pouting?" I'll give you a clue, it was time to go home, so ...... pouting.
